This question... I feel it in my heart every single time.
Because I know this scene: you fall in love with a pair. You're already picturing them with your favourite outfit, imagining yourself walking in them. And then you ask for your size. The shop assistant's expression shifts. "Oh no, sorry, we start at size 36."
Our designer Min knows this disappointment inside out. She's a size 2. And honestly? She was tired of feeling invisible, as if her feet weren't "standard enough" to deserve beautiful shoes.
That's why we start at size 1, naturally, obviously, as if it were the most normal thing in the world (because it is).
For wider feet, it's the same philosophy.
Our artisans don't simply stretch an existing shape; they understand that a wider foot needs different proportions at every point: across the instep, through the arch, at the heel. It's a craft passed down through generations in these family workshops.
