Maintenance Suede leather

Suede leather is a reverse leather with a velvety appearance and requires special care.
To take care of it, we recommend that you:

Waterproofing leather
Waterproof your pair with a special suede spray before wearing them, to protect them against water and stains.

Clean it
Dust gently with a brush to remove surface dirt. If stains occur, use a special crepe brush for suede to clean the concerned area.

Revive the color
If necessary, revive the color with a special suede tinted spray.

Attention
If your suede shoes get wet, let them dry naturally, in the open air, and do not expose them to direct heat.

Why is the price different from Felice Black's price?

As you can probably guess, this is not a price rise (and price rise is not planned at the moment).

This model simply costs more to produce, in particular because of its material, the complexity of the stitching on stretchy material, and the add of a double thickness of non-slip rubber for optimal comfort.

What is the material?

This is a stretch goat velvet : soft, supple and stretchy, like a second skin.

(*Please note: this is not a synthetic material, like the one often used for sock boots)

This stretch leather comes from a tannery, which is close to our Spanish workshop, and is certified 'Leather Working Group Gold': the highest standard in water management, waste treatment, energy consumption, and the health and safety of workers.

Is this suitable for a wider calf?

Yes, absolutely! This boot was designed to meet this need.
